PAYMENTS

All orders are payable in Euro, including taxes and compulsory contributions. At the time of purchase, the Customer may choose to pay by Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer or COD (Cash on Delivery).

 

CREDIT CARD

The service is guaranteed with the most modern computer security systems to protect and encrypt your card data.

 

PAYPAL

For payment via PayPal account, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal site to make the payment through their PayPal account. Transactions will take place in a secure environment with Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) encryption protocol or later version. This protocol protects the integrity of your data during transfer to PayPal’s servers, using an encryption key length of 168 bits (the maximum commercially available). All the payment platforms used directly manage the data entered on their website to make the payment. Re Dauno Wineries does not collect any data relating to the credit card used, or relating to the access codes for the “PayPal” form of payment. This information is collected directly by the third-party systems used.

 

BANK TRANSFER

In the case of payment by Bank Transfer, the Customer shall make the payment by following the instructions communicated to him on the website and in the automatic e-mail notifying him of receipt of the order. The purchased goods shall be shipped to the Customer only upon actual receipt of the bank transfer.

The reason for the transfer shall indicate the order number, which was communicated in the aforementioned order receipt e-mail.

The Customer shall send a copy of the payment by e-mail to info@cantineredauno.it within 48 hours of receipt of the order confirmation.

If Re Dauno Wineries does not receive a copy of the payment within this period, it will cancel the order.

Note: any bank charges shall be borne exclusively by the Customer (even in the event of a refund). Communications relating to the payment and the data communicated by the Customer at the time it is made shall take place on specially protected lines and with all the guarantees ensured by the use of the security protocols provided by the payment circuits.

 

COD (CASH ON DELIVERY)

Payment in cash to the courier upon receipt of the goods has an additional cost to the transport costs.
IMPORTANT: bank and/or postal cheques are not accepted and in the event of any reimbursement you must have a bank or postal account.
