CONSUMER INFORMATION PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 185 OF 22 MAY 1999 (IN THE OFFICIAL JOURNAL, 21 JUNE, NO. 143). – IMPLEMENTATION OF DIRECTIVE 9l/l/EC ON CONSUMER PROTECTION IN THE FIELD OF DISTANCE CONTRACTS.
Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract/order stipulated on the Internet without any penalty and without having to give any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must do so within 14 days of receiving the merchandise by following the online procedure by clicking here.
In order for the right of withdrawal to be validly exercised, it is necessary for the purchased products to be returned intact, unused, in their original packaging, with original labels that have not been removed, and with attached tax documentation. The packaging of the products must be accurate, in order to safeguard the original wrappings from damage, writing or labelling. All items and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way.
ARRANGEMENTS FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF CONSIDERATION
The effectiveness of the withdrawal is subject to the verification of the condition of the returned products by Re Dauno Wineries. If the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised in accordance with the above provisions, Re Dauno Wineries shall refund the price paid for the purchase, minus all shipping and transport costs, by bank transfer (or other form of payment) within 24 hours of receipt of the returned products.
Re Dauno Wineries will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the Return Policy.
In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
