Brut Rosé

The Brut Rosé from Cantine Re Dauno is a classic method sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Nero grapes, displaying a pale pink color with orangey highlights and persistent mousse. The nose releases aromas of fresh fruit, redcurrant, wild strawberries, plum, maquis flowers, and violet. On the palate, it is full-bodied, fresh, savory, and well-balanced thanks to the liqueur d’expédition. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with fish dishes and white meats.
