The Gold from Cantine Re Dauno is a classic method sparkling wine made from 60% Bombino Bianco and 40% Pinot Nero grapes, featuring a fine perlage in a bright straw-yellow hue. The nose offers notes of dried fruit, brioche, quince, citron, and a mineral undertone. On the palate, it is creamy, long, and enveloping, with a citrusy finish and a balanced sweetness imparted by the liqueur d’expédition. Ideal throughout the entire meal, from aperitif to dessert.
