The Pas Dosé from Cantine Re Dauno is a classic method sparkling wine made from 100% Bombino Bianco grapes, displaying a straw-yellow color with greenish highlights. The nose reveals aromas of pineapple, bergamot, melon, almond, and subtle hints of butter and vegetal notes. On the palate, it is soft with creamy bubbles, good acidity, balanced salinity, and a citrusy finish. Perfect as an aperitif, with raw seafood, appetizers, and fish dishes.
